• You're responsible for ensuring you have rights to audit submitted websites
• Commercial use of data outside your subscription terms is prohibited

6. Intellectual Property Rights

• Our trademarks, logos, and brand elements are protected

7. Service Availability and Disclaimers

• Scheduled maintenance will be announced in advance when possible

8. Limitation of Liability

10. User Content and Data

10.1 Audit Reports

• You control your audit history and can delete reports at any time
• We're not responsible for backing up your audit data
• We may remove content that violates these Terms

10.2 Shareable Links

• Shared audit reports are for your internal business use and client presentations
• You may not use shareable links to create competing services
• You can revoke shared links at any time

11. Account Termination

• You may cancel your subscription at any time
• Cancellation stops future billing but doesn't trigger refunds
• You may delete your account, which removes your personal data
